N-SERIES

Integrated UAV Propulsion for Harsh Environments

IP66 standard and IP67 optional motor, ESC, and matched propeller systems for multirotor UAVs operating in rain, salt spray, dust, and wide temperature conditions.

N-SERIES

Select the N Series by MTOW Class

Five configurations cover quadcopter MTOW classes from 10 kg compact platforms to 25 kg heavy-lift multirotors. Each option uses a 12S architecture, application-matched propeller sizing, and either integrated N60A ESC control or a motor-only configuration for custom system integration.

N-SERIES

Why N Series for Harsh-Environment UAVs

The N Series is built around three engineering priorities: integrated propulsion for simpler airframe installation, sealed protection for rain, salt, and dust exposure, and stable output under prolonged thermal and mechanical load.

Motor, ESC, and Propeller - Engineered as One System

Integrated N Series configurations combine the motor, N60A ESC, and matched propeller within one propulsion architecture. This reduces separate component selection, shortens wiring paths, and gives engineering teams a more predictable starting point for prototype evaluation and production integration.

  • Integrated N60A ESC reduces external mounting, wiring length, and connector exposure
  • Matched propeller sizing supports more predictable thrust, efficiency, and thermal behavior
  • 12S system architecture simplifies power-platform planning across the N Series

Sealed Structure for Rain, Salt Spray, and Dust

N Series sealing, corrosion-resistant materials, and protected electrical architecture are designed for UAVs that must operate beyond dry, controlled conditions. IP66 protection is standard on integrated models, with IP67 available for projects requiring a higher level of ingress protection.

  • IP66 standard protection against dust ingress, heavy rain, and powerful water jets
  • Optional IP67 configuration for complete dust protection and temporary water immersion
  • 120-hour salt spray validation supports coastal, port, and offshore deployment
  • Corrosion-resistant sealing materials and stainless-steel structural components improve outdoor durability

Sustained Power Through Thermal and Mechanical Stress

Long-duration commercial missions require propulsion performance that remains consistent across repeated duty cycles. Radial heat dissipation, propeller-assisted airflow, a three-bearing support structure, and ESC protection functions work together to support stable output during sustained operation.

  • 500-hour load validation using repeated operating cycles across the working throttle range
  • Three-bearing support improves rotor stability for upright and inverted installation
  • Radial heat sinks and propeller downwash help keep surface temperature under control
  • Over-current, over-voltage, stall, and throttle-loss protection reduce propulsion risk

N-SERIES

Built for Missions That Cannot Wait for Clear Weather

N Series propulsion supports multirotor UAVs working around salt-laden air, persistent moisture, industrial dust, and wide temperature changes — conditions that increase corrosion, ingress, and thermal risk for conventional open propulsion systems.
