Integrated by Design Validated as a System

Motor ESC and matched propeller are engineered as one propulsion architecture to reduce integration work improve system consistency and provide a validated starting point for UAV platform development

Motor and ESC Integration

A compact integrated architecture reduces external wiring connector count and installation complexity while supporting more consistent electrical control and thermal behavior

Matched Propeller Setup

Propeller sizing is selected around the motor and ESC operating range to balance thrust efficiency current draw and thermal load at system level

Faster Platform Integration

A defined propulsion configuration reduces component sourcing compatibility testing and repeated tuning during prototype development

System Level Performance Data

Thrust efficiency current RPM and temperature are evaluated as a complete propulsion system to support airframe selection and validation

Engineered for Efficient Flight and Fast Turnaround

Designed for compact professional UAVs that need efficient hover performance rapid field deployment long service life and stable thermal behavior across repeated missions

ipet-i5-integrated-uav-propulsion-efficiency

High Efficiency at Practical Hover Load

The validated I5 configuration delivers 13.3 g/W at 1.5 kg thrust and 50 percent throttle helping reduce energy demand during the operating range most relevant to compact endurance UAVs

Tool Free Quick Release I24 Propeller

The I24 quick release structure supports fast installation removal transport and field maintenance helping shorten preparation and turnaround time between missions

Long Life Protection and Wide Temperature Reliability

Core components are developed around a 10,000 hour service life target while IP46 protection and a recommended ambient temperature range from −30°C to 65°C support frequent outdoor missions involving dust moisture cold starts and high daytime temperatures

Stable Thermal Performance Across Repeated Sorties

The integrated motor and ESC architecture supports controlled heat transfer and stable propulsion performance during repeated duty cycles helping reduce thermal variation across back to back missions

Where I5 Fits Best

Designed for 4–6 kg quadcopter and 6–9 kg hexacopter UAVs that need compact long endurance propulsion stable payload operation and efficient field deployment

IPET UAV aerial mapping

Compact Mapping and Surveying

Supports photogrammetry lightweight LiDAR and survey payload platforms that need longer flight time from a compact multirotor airframe

IPET UAV port inspection

Site and Perimeter Inspection

Can the I5 and I7 be combined with the IV Series for a 4+1 VTOL configuration?
No. The I Series is mainly designed for multirotor platforms, while the IV Series is intended for fixed-wing platforms. The propeller sizes of the I5 and I7 are not suitable for a 4+1 VTOL configuration with the IV Series.
Can the navigation light on the I5 be turned off?
Yes. It can be configured and adjusted through i-Link.
