IV-SERIES

Select the IV Series Configuration by MTOW and KV

Four IV7 and IV9 configurations cover 20–35 kg fixed-wing and VTOL platforms. Each option combines 12S power, an integrated IV150A FOC ESC, and application-matched propeller sizing to simplify cruise-stage evaluation and airframe integration.

IV-SERIES

Why IV Series for Fixed-Wing & VTOL UAVs?

Three engineering priorities define the IV Series: integrated cruise propulsion, coordinated motor–ESC cooling for sustained output, and secure mechanical interfaces with real-time RPM and temperature feedback.

Motor, ESC, and Propeller — Integrated for Cruise

The IV Series combines the motor, IV150A FOC ESC, and matched propeller within one compact cruise propulsion module. This reduces separate component selection, shortens the integration path, and supports cleaner installation in fixed-wing and VTOL nacelles.

  • Integrated IV150A FOC ESC reduces external ESC placement, cable length, and nacelle-layout work
  • 20–24 inch application-matched propellers support IV7 and IV9 cruise thrust and KV selection
  • Compact body architecture supports cleaner nacelle integration on fixed-wing and VTOL platforms
  • PWM and CAN control options support flexible flight-controller and telemetry integration

Coordinated Motor–ESC Cooling for Sustained Cruise

Motor and ESC share a coordinated airflow path that moves cooling air across both the electromagnetic and power-electronic sections. This supports more consistent thermal behavior during prolonged cruise without requiring a separate ESC cooling layout inside the nacelle.

  • A shared airflow channel supports simultaneous motor and ESC heat removal
  • Propeller-driven airflow supports heat dissipation during sustained cruise operation
  • Validated for operation across a −30°C to 60°C temperature range
  • IPX5 water resistance supports outdoor fixed-wing and VTOL missions in changing weather

Secure Propeller Mounting with Real-Time Feedback

VTOL transition, vibration, and extended cruise place changing loads on the propulsion assembly. Anti-loosening hardware, non-slip interfaces, and live RPM and temperature feedback help maintain mechanical integrity and make propulsion status easier to monitor throughout the mission.

  • Anti-loosening bolt design supports vibration during VTOL transition and sustained cruise
  • Non-slip mounting interfaces improve security between the propeller and motor assembly
  • Real-time RPM and temperature data provide clearer propulsion-status visibility
  • Integrated protection functions support more predictable operation under abnormal load conditions
